P0-B6: Part 1334: Debugging, Improvements

I have made some improvements to the zone transition system to prevent objects from noticeably popping in when loading, this improves the FTL transition effect.
I have also added the ability for the player to rotate the jetpack along the players view vector, which makes jetpack movement a lot easier than it was previously.
I have also been working on adding the space walk event. Most of the base code for this is now done, I just need to test it further, and add the dialog messages and triggers, etc.
I will then spend quite some time working on debugging and improving the recent changes that I have made, in addition to more generalised debugging.
