P0-A6: Part 694: Debugging

I have been working on mostly debgging for the last few days.

I have found, and fixed, a lot of bugs and long-standing issues with the project related to AI, the grass shader, particle effects, weather, etc, etc.

I have also made improvements to the background rendering and surface to space transition.

I have modified the sky shaders to add a much more subtle blending effect which makes the transitions from surface to space a lot less noticeable.

The next goal is to add an “Aurora” Effect to the project. I have added an asset which does this, but I need to figure out how to rotate the particle effect properly in order to use it in my project.
