P0-MS4: Part 294 Orbital Mechanics/Planetary Rotation/Debugging

I will probably need to postpone the rotation issue for some time, there are still some issues with it.
I have finished most of the debugging that I needed to do in MS4, and I am now in the process of planning the next phase, which will be Alpha-1.
The main goal will be to get the project to the point where it is basically playable, and starting to feel like a true virtual world, rather than a tech demo. I will probably allow 4-6 months for this.
