P0-B5: Part 1290: Debugging, Improvements

The new AI events are more or less done.
It took some time to get the core mechanics for this feature working, but the system seems reasonably solid now.
I still have some improvements to add, and I want to add more options for the player to choose from, but the basic system is now working.
