P0-B5: Part 1255: Debugging, Improvements

The retesting of the story system is complete.
I fixed some minor issues, but the system generally worked very well. This is a complex system, so for it to be working so well is good progress.
I have now decided to spend several weeks on generic debugging and testing.
I have made improvements to the random generation and random weather systems. Weather is now region specific, and will change as the user moves through the world.
