P0-B4: Part 1188: Debugging, Improvements

I have completed the first step of the integration of the WFC system. It is now possible to load all of the modules and art elements from the disk, without having to store the tiles in the scene.

The next step is to generate (and randomise) the constraints and rules, etc, in real time, and integrate the WFC system with my projects random generator.
