P0-B3: Part 1164: Debugging, Improvements

I have been continuing to debug and improve the project, focusing particularly on the issues that I identified during testing.

I have made several improvements to the navigation objects. The positions are now correct, even at long ranges, and the players quest log shows the type of planet, if any, that the nav beacon is placed around.

I have made improvements to the code that spawns objects on terrain chunks too, but there is more work needed here.
