P0-A5: Part 653: AI Improvements

I have added support for a variety of weapons and defensive systems for both AI and players.

In addition to guided missiles, I have manually and automatically controlled gun turrets and “CIWS” guns, which are capable of shooting down missiles, etc.

The combat is very rudimentary at the moment, but it seems to work quite well.

There is still a lot of debugging to be done with it though, particularly with controlling the acceleration, etc, when the AI chases the player. It is possible for the AI to either overshoot the player, or fall hopelessly far behind, depending on the speed of the player.
