P0-A4: Part 564: Debugging, Refactoring

I am still working on testing and debugging the core mechanics of the project.

In addition to the AI and rotation system, I need to overhaul the persistent server and long-distance travel systems. I need to make sure that the player can cover long distances without precision issues, and that they can quite the game and resume from their previous location without problems.

The issues that I was having previous seem to have been related to the fact that I was rotating the world, instead of the ship, now that I am no longer doing this, the precision issues are more or less solved, but there are still some minor problems that I need to address.
