P0-A2: Part 500: 2018.3 Port

The issue with the physics system is due to the colliders on the physics object being in local space, and blocking raycasts, when the object is far from the origin.

I can fix this by disabling the colliders for now. In future, I intend to implement a paging solution that will only load the objects when the player gets close to them, so this shouldn’t be an issue.

The 2018.3 port is now basically done, and I can actually start the next major milestone of the project.

The first thing to do in this milestone is to fix the issues that I am having with the persistent server and worldspace translation. I need to overhaul the existing code to allow persistent objects to be placed far from the origin without issues.
