P0-MS4: Part 251: Artwork, FTL System Improvements

I have created a series of in-game banners to commemorate the different milestones that I have completed. I intend to create a new banner for each milestone, to indicate the progress I have made in each one.

I have also added some minor improvements to the FTL system. The system is generally working, and all of my tests have been successful, but there is still a lot of work to be done with it. It is extremely difficult to implement and test the system properly, due to the vast distances and scales involved.

I have created a plot in gnuplot of some of the stellar object positions, but there are still issues working with the zone-based system, and world-space/local-space transitions, which will need to be solved.
