I have created a concept test of the player server.

This will allow players to create a local server using SQLite and use it either for offline play, local network play, or peer to peer play, so that players don’t need to use the master server if they want to.

It will also serve as a backup if the master server is ever unavailable for any reson.

I have also fixed a large number of minor bugs, and added additional balancing changes, etc.

I have also made improvements to the guis, etc, to make them more user friendly and intuitive.
