P0-B4: Part 1220: Debugging, Improvements

The items are now mostly added to the crafting and inventory menus.

It is possible to interact with the items, pick them up, and move and rotate them, as well as perform item specific functions on them within the world, such as lighting and extinguishing candles, lighting fires, etc.

I have also made changes to the server to support more complex actions.
