P0-B2: Part 1104: Improvements, Debugging

The city decoration system is going well.

I have added a number of objects to the city buildings that can be spawned at random. These also have support for lighting, etc.

The next goal is to add the ability for the player to purchase items from NPC’s in the world, this is currently not possible.
