P0-B2: Part 1101: Improvements, Debugging

I have finished most of the debugging and improvements that I needed to make to the system that I am working on.

I also added some minor details to the interior of the buildings, and added some optimisations, so that the interiors only load when the player enters a property that they own.

There is also a gui that allows the player to buy properties, and displays the owner of other properties.

I have also fixed several other bugs and made some minor improvements to other systems.
