P0-A7: Part 759: Debugging, Improvements, etc.

I have continued to make progress with more minor debugging and improvements.

I have fixed a number of bugs, and partially overhauled, the “subtitle” system that I am using for text-based conversations and text display.

I have also added additional features to the dynamic story generator.
