P0-A7: Part 753: Interiors, City Generation, AI

All of the primary objectives for the first Alpha release of the project are now done.

I don’t intend to add any major new features until the first alpha version has been fully finished.

The next goals are finalising secondary objectives, and a lot of debugging and optimisation.
