They need to be more easily readable, and provide more information to the user, while still being world space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I am adding a 2D nav map now, which should be a lot easier for navigation than a 3D Radar style map.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The nav map is so far working well, and it should be very useful in testing the rest of the space sim system, due to the information that it provides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I can already place planets and enemies on the map, and display their radius. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I can also switch the &#8220;rotation&#8221; of the map, from XY, XZ, and YZ, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is already more easily visible for long range navigation than the Radar Map.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I intend to improve the guis while I improve the rest of the space sim.
