I have completed the assembly of the first of the rear wheels and mountings.<\/p>\n

I bought a 12mm pillow block to insert the axle into, however, I had to file quite a bit off the axle to allow the 12mm axle to actually fit into the 12mm pillow block.<\/p>\n

I then cut the excess off the axle, leaving enough for the wheel to fit into.<\/p>\n

I now need to drill a hole through the wheel hub and use an M4 bolt to secure the wheel to the axle.<\/p>\n

I can then two holes in the frame of the robot and use more M4 bolts to mount the wheels to the frame.<\/p>\n

These are the rear wheels, so they are free rotating. The motors will be connected to the front wheels.<\/p>\n
