P0-B4: Part 1176: Sqllite Support

I am considering creating a “player server” that could be released with the project and would allow players to not only play the game offline, but would also allow them to set up servers for other players to connect to.
The problem with this is that the master server that I am currently using used mySQL, which requires a licence to distribute.
In addition, using mySQL would require a player to create an instance of a mySQL server, which many players would not know how to do, or would not want to do.
So, to distribute a player server, I would need to use a free, embedded, database solution, such as sqllite.
I am currently experimenting with this, to see how well this would work out.
