P0-B3: Part 1126: Debugging, Improvements

After some initial issues, I have started making good progress on the storytelling features within the project.
It is now possible to determine, programmatically, which star systems will have planets in them, and what types of planets they are (Earth like, Ice, etc) as well as their radius, and position.
This will be crucial for the story telling, since I can determine exactly where a player needs to go to find a particular type of planet, or resource, etc.
