P0-A8: Part 791: Guis, Improvements

I have made further improvements to the nav system, and I have fixed some bugs with the server. There were some issues with loading the world state from the database that have now been fixed.
I have also added in the ability to mine resources (such as Ore, Deuterium, etc) from asteroids and stars. Users can use the Deuterium as fuel, and sell the Ore at Space Stations.
