P0-A7: Part 761: Debugging, Improvements, etc.

I have finished a long overdue update to the embedded web browser in the project.
This allows for web access (including email, etc) and even allows sites like youtube, etc, to load and play.
In addition to updating the asset, I have improved the VR support with the Oculus rift.
