P0-A2: Part 447: Static Ship Integration

The next goal for this project is to try to integrate the code to rotate the entire scene around the origin, to allow the ship to remain static while the world rotates. This will allow me to improve the AI pathfinding (in addition to other features).
The basic code integration has gone well, but there are a lot of problems and issues with the integration.
