P0-A1: Part 400: Planet Rotation

I am continuing to work on the planet rotation additions to the Space Exploration Engine.
The issue may be caused by the fact that the rotation math is 32-bit (Quaternion.RotateAround, etc) and this is causing precision issues.
I am working on adding in a 64-bit quaternion class, with the related functions, to attempt to solve this problem. It’s not working yet, but I am confident that I am at least making some progress.
Solving this issue will allow me to add in realistic day/night cycles, as well as rotate the universe around the player, keeping the player static, which would be very useful in solving several other problems.
