P0-A1: Part 393: Planet Rotation, Shader Graph, etc

I have spent some time trying to add the ability to rotate planets in the Space Exploration engine.
I had previously tried to do this, unsuccessfully, but I need to add this feature in order to add day and night cycles, so I am looking at it again.
I took a look at the new unity shader graph as well, but it requires the use of the new scriptable render pipeline, which would require me to rewrite a lot of my shaders, which I don’t have time to do.
I found a good tutorial on the shader graph, which I was unable to follow due to the fact that I wasn’t using the scriptable render pipeline, that tutorial is HERE.
I did find some sample code that I used to create a similar hologram effect though, which should work ok until I can switch to the scriptable render pipeline.
