P0-MS4: Part 295: City Simulator

The next objective is to create procedural cities (On Earth-Like Worlds) that have interiors that the player can walk through. Currently, I have basic random cities, but there are no interiors.
I have identified two assets on the asset store, CiDy, and SimpleCities, that seem to do mainly what I want to do. I should be able to modify them to suit my needs.
I will still need to come up with a way to create buildings with interiors dynamically though, as well as create cities only on flat ground.
