P0-MS4: Part 260: New Volumetric Clouds Resource

I recently discovered THIS resource on the Unity Asset Store.

This is a similar volumetric clouds resource to the one that I was using, but this one works in world space, it is not camera-based.

This allows me to place it at a location in the world without worrying about camera orientation.

I needed to make some minor changes to allow the clouds to be set to any orientation, but this was not difficult. I now have a proof of concept of volumetric clouds in my project.

The user can approach them and fly through them, and view them from both above and below the cloud layer.

I will be extending this system into a much more complex planet-based dynamic skybox/clouds resource in the coming months, but this was probably one of the most complex parts.

The next difficult parts will be finding the correct vector and position to align and position the clouds, and scaling the clouds resource to that they look infinite, while at the same time moving the clouds as the player moves to avoid floating origin issues.
