P0-B5: Part 1250: Debugging, Improvements

I have fixed several bugs on the server that were causing too many AI entities to spawn in the world, and I have run more tests on the client-side AI, and fixed another long-standing bug that I was having, in addition to several more networking related tests.

The project seems to be quite stable, I have not found any major bugs or issues throughout my testing.

The next major goal is to replace some of the asynchronous scanning code in the project with the new async/await technique, to make it faster, more efficient, and better written.

This is difficult, but I intend to spend a few days next week on it, and hopefully improve performance substantially.
