P0-B5: Part 1249: Debugging, Improvements

I have been working on general testing and debugging again, and I have made several important performance improvements.

I have made several improvements to the random vehicles in the world, and I have made some improvements to the character creator.

I have also spend a lot of time improving the day/night cycle. I thought that there was a bug here that caused the time of day to always be the same when the player starts a new game. However, this was actually because the player was always spawning above one of the planets poles, which were the axis of rotation of the day/night cycle, so the player was basically on top of the meridian of the planet.

I was able to fix this by spawning them in orbit over the planets equator, instead of the pole.
