I believe I have fixed the AI navigation and pathfinding issue that I was having.
This took some time to solve. The issue seemed to be that when the navigation graph for the players ship was being loaded when the game first ran, however, when the game loaded while the player was not on board the ship (exploring a planet, etc) the navigation graph sometimes did not load correctly.
This seems fixed now, and the AI system seems a lot more stable.
I have also fixed some other minor bugs.
I was also unable to reproduce the collision issue. I suspect that this may have been caused by other bugs which have since been fixed, so this issue may no longer be present.
