P0-A11: Part 984: Server Setup, Testing

Most of the major issues that I identified are fixed.
There seems to be a few intermittent issues which I will look at later, but I am not too concerned about these.
There is still quite a bit of testing and debugging to do before the project can be considered to be in Beta.
