P0-A8: Part 795: Improvements, Variables

I have added most of the key gameplay variables to the project, and added them to the persistent server and the database.
This includes ammunition for all weapons, fuel, cargo, stores, etc and various status variables for the player (hunger, sleep, etc).
These are all persistent, and affect gameplay, guns will not fire if they are out of ammo, etc.
One of the next goals is to add the ability to restock supplies by buying them from stations, or by manufacturing them on board the ship (which uses fuel).
