P0-A5: Part 656: Random Events

I have started implementing a complex new system of random events.
The system will currently only affect the players capital ship. It is designed to random create fires, power failures, radiation leaks, and various complex types of failures in many of the different systems used in the game.
These failures will have effects on the gameplay, and will need to be fixed in complex ways, using checklists of procedures. I think this type of element will make the gameplay more realistic, and add another type of challenge.
I will also have random interactions between crew members, and I will have crew members becoming stressed, demoralised, etc. This will eventually be broadened into a more complex system, but I am focusing on a simple proof of concept for now.
