P0-A5: Part 617: Gui Refactoring, Ground Cover Updates

The grass updates are going well.

I have had to completely port my changes from the old shader version to the new version, which took some time, but it seems to work now.

The shader seems to be working, but I still need to integrate it completely into my project, and test it.
