P0-A4: Part 584: Debugging

I am continuing to focus on the debugging for now.

So far, it is going well. I am now looking at the persistent server and long-distance movement/floating origin code. This will need to be heavily refactored and improved shortly, but it seems to be working ok for now.

I also intend to do some concept work on a new, improved, system for placing objects with high precision in the world. I intend to use this to improve the AI system, which I will be testing next.
