P0-A2: Part 498: Refactoring, Testing

I have a basically functional system in place for the placement of persistent objects at long ranges from the origin, however this system will need to be refactored in the near future.

The movement and placement of objects, and the synchronisation of them between the server and client, needs to be solid and very reliable, and the current system seems to have major issues that need to be solved.
