P0-A2: Part 466: Refactoring/Debugging

I have been working on some miscellaneous debugging and refactoring.

I have quite a few items on my TODO list that I haven’t had time to work on before now, but I am trying to stabilise and optimise the project by solving as many bugs and refactoring as much code as I can.

I have also been experimenting with different features that I may try to add into the project shortly, such as fog, etc. Given the long view distances in my project, and the non y-up orientation, adding even simple features like this can be difficult. However, I do want to add some improvements to the planet generation system, which will include fog, weather, etc.
