P0-A2: Part 465: Radar System Overhaul

The radar system overhaul is now done.
It took quite a bit longer than I expected, but it worked out well. I haven’t added any new features, but the system is far more reliable and more efficient, and the code is also neater and better written, so upgrades and extensions should be much easier in future.
