P0-A2: Part 450: Static Ship Integration

I am still working on the static ship integration.
I am making progress with it, but it is taking quite a lot of effort. I am having issues keeping all of the objects aligned correctly when rotating them. I also need to keep the rotation functions in 64-bit, to prevent precision errors, so there is a lot of work involved in this.
I still feel that it will be worth it though, due to the advantages that a static player would have, and it is worth spending more time on it for this reason.
