P0-A2: Part 441: Unity 2018.2 Port

I have begun porting my project to Unity 2018.2, and have run into several issues.
The main one is that the Text Mesh Pro asset has been replaced with a new version that requires the Unity package manager.
Replacing and fixing the Text in my scenes has taken some time, and is still not fully working.
I also had to make minor changes to my network code, and I ran into some issues with the CiDy City Generator. I a unity builtin function was producing unexpected results.
I posted on the Unity Forums about the issue HERE.
Basically, I needed to replace Vector3.Angle with another version. I am not sure why this needed to be done, but it seems to work.
The port seems to be basically done now, although there may be some additional issues in the future that I haven’t discovered yet.
