P0-A1: Part 388: Clouds

Ever since the port from 2017.2 to 2018.1 I have had issues with the clouds feature that I added to the project.
These issues can not currently be fixed, and so I have added a new, somewhat temporary, cloud solution.
Eventually, I will be replacing this with a better solution, but for the moment it seems to work well.
