P0-A1: Part 374: Camera/Object Distance

I have decided to conduct a test by mounting a camera onto a missile object, and rendering the camera to a texture on board the players ship.

I know that there is a bug in unity which causes console errors once the camera gets too far from the origin, but I need to know when exactly this error occurs.

This is important, because with a game with the scope of mine, events often take place over very long distances. It would be very useful to have “remote cameras” that the player can access to view distant events, weapon impacts, or enemy ships being destroyed, etc, etc.

The probe is set up and working, I just need to find the max distance that the camera can actually function properly.
