P0-MS5: Part 343: Art Improvements, Concept

I have textured the interior of the operations room.

So far, it seems to be going well. There are still a few issues to fix, and some tweaks and updates that I want to make, and I have yet to export the new maps to Unity, but it looks ok when rendered in substance painter.

I have also not started texturing the interior objects yet, this is the next goal.
