P0-MS5: Part 313: Navgrid/Radar

I have added a radar system to the shuttle, and verified that I can use it to navigate, even over long distances.

I needed to modify the radar system to some extent to do this. Normally, the radar works by simply searching for objects with a particular tag. However, when the tagged objects had extreme positions and scales, this caused issues. My solutions was to create some invisible dummy objects with scaled down values (IE, the same magnitude and direction as the original objects, but scaled down to a much smaller value). I can then track these objects with the radar.

Attaching these objects as children of the shuttle object allows them to move with the shuttle when the floating origin system is triggered, and simply updating the positions every tick keeps their positions consistent with the original objects.

This seems to work ok for now.

I have also added text boxes to the stellar objects on the main ship, which provide a lot more information than just a symbol by itself.
