The random generation system seems to work well.
There are still some bugs in the system, and I need to test it properly, but it seems to be generally working.
The next step is to improve the performance of the generation system so that it can be used in real-time with no perceptible drop in framerate, and I also want to add a repeatable seed to the system, so that each individual city will be identical each time it is generated.
