P0-MS4: Part 297: City Simulator

I have increased the texture resolution of the walls of the apartment building.
I think they look basically complete at this point. The other walls, floor, ceiling, etc, and all of the interior objects will be separate objects and will be added dynamically.
IĀ intend to have the City Simulator Asset integrated with my project, and a sample interior building, working at some point next week.
The next goal is to find a way to spawn cities only on flat ground. Currently, cities are spawned at random, including on uneven or mountainous terrain, which obviously won’t work for a procedural city.
