P0-MS4: Part 296: City Simulator

I am creating a simple apartment building, using substance painter for texturing. The tricky part will be making it modular, so that I can randomise the layout of the building.
I will start by adding very limited randomisation, but I intend to add other buildings later with more customisation options. I also want to allow the user to customise the layout of the buildings and rooms themselves. This will, eventually, allow for users to buy and customise their own apartments, houses, etc.
Currently, the modelling and texturing seems to be going well, it seems to be easier than the previous texturing work that I did. I think that this is because most buildings are quite blocky and square, which makes them easier to model, texture, and unwrap, whereas the ships and space stations that I was modelling have more complex geometry.
