P0-MS4: Part 270: AI Testing, Optimisations

I have improved and tested the AI system, but due to its complexity, there are still quite a few things to do.

The addition of the persistent server has also added to the difficulty, but the system seems be basically working.

There is one intermittent bug that I can’t seem to track down, and there are also some situations where the AI fails to respond correctly, such as the player undocking the ship that the AI is trying to board without waiting for them to finishing boarding.

I will hopefully get all of the major issues sorted out this month, but I will probably need to postpone the improvements to the navmesh system and collision systems.
